We are running two tournaments during this weekend, the Sequim Spring Fling and an Official MiLP event, which players will be able to participate in both.

SCRAMBLE FORMAT:

Each Scramble round will be a game to 11, win by two.

Each member of a winning team will be credited with two points in the standings.

Each member of a losing team that scored at least seven points will be credited with one point in the standings.

Each member of a losing team that scored six or fewer points will not be credited with any points in the standings.

Standings tie-breakers will be determined by 1) total points scored, 2) point differential, 3) coin flip

At the end of the round robin, eight players will advance to the medal rounds. Players in first through fourth place will be designated team captains and will choose their partner for the entirety of the medal round.

Players one through four will select, in order, any available player from those in fifth through eighth place in the standings.

For example, the first place player has first choice and chooses player six. The second place player chooses next and selects player five. The third place player chooses next and selects player eight, leaving player four and player seven as the final team.

Those four teams will remain together through the semifinals and the medal matches.

Semifinals and Medal Matches will be one game to 15, win by two.

Divisions maybe adjusted based upon player registrations.

While in Sequim for the 2025 Sequim Fling, take the opportunity to also register for the MiLP Lavender Cup Series

These events will be at the same facility on adjacent days to allow you and your teammates to play in both events.

The tournament reserves the right to move players and teams between skill level brackets if necessary or if the player is not in their correct bracket due to skill level.

The tournament will have limited players and will automatically close when that number is reached.

The registration page says "teams" but you are registering individually and play with someone different during the Round Robin portion of the event. We are working with Pb Brackets to change the "team" term from the registration page.

There is a non-refundable PickleballBrackets.com software use fee of $5 for one event or $10 for more than one event that will be applied to every registration.

Full refund minus Pickleballbrackets.com and CC/Stripe fees before June 5th.

Refunds minus a $10 processing fee for withdrawals from the tournament up through the final day of registration (June 26th, 2025)

No refunds (no exceptions)for withdrawals from the tournament after registration closes.
