🏓 Tournament Format & Rules
This is not a USAPA-sanctioned event; however, all USA Pickleball 2025 rules will be followed.
All matches will be recorded in DUPR.
Pool play will be followed by a double-elimination bracket, depending on the number of registered teams/players.
The Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust formats, match formats, and skill levels as needed.
📊 Double Elimination Format:
Winners’ Bracket: 1 game to 15, win by 2
Consolation Bracket: 1 game to 11, win by 2
Medal Matches (Gold & Bronze): 1 game to 15, win by 2
If time permits, Gold Medal matches may be played best 2 out of 3 to 11, win by 2
Teams in the Consolation Bracket will have a chance to play back into medal rounds
Medal placements will be determined based on match results.
Top 3 teams/players in each bracket will receive medals.
⚠️ Important Notes:
All teams must be fully registered within 3 days of signing up, or risk being moved to the Waitlist.
Players may be moved to a different division based on skill level. If teammates have different skill ratings, the team must play at the higher-rated level.
Bracket combinations and format changes may be made at any time before the start of play at the discretion of the Tournament Director.
