Registration Fees:
Early Bird Registration (closes 11:55pm 1st June 2025) - $80 entry fee, then $10 per event for juniors, $20 per event for amateurs and $40 per event for pro.
General Registration (closes 11:55pm 25th August 2025) - $100 entry fee, then $10 per event for juniors, $20 per event for amateurs and $40 per event for pro.
Late Registration (closes 11:55pm 31st August 2025) - $120 per event, then $10 per event for juniors, $20 per event for amateurs and $40 per event for pro.

Monday 29th September - 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+ and 80+ Mixed Doubles
Tuesday 30th September - 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+ and 80+ Gender Doubles
Wednesday 1st October - 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+ and 80+ Gender Singles
Thursday 2nd October - Split Age Mixed Doubles, Combined Age Mixed Doubles and Hybrid Doubles
Friday 3rd October - Pro and Senior Pro (Round 32), 14s and 18 Boy's Doubles, 19+, 35+, 50+ and 55+ Men's Doubles, PWID, ParaChair, ParaStanding and Deaf and HoH Men's Doubles, Split Age Women's Doubles.
Saturday 4th October - Pro and Senior Pro (Round 16), 14s and 18 Girl's Doubles, 19+, 35+, 50+ and 55+ Women's Doubles, PWID, ParaChair, ParaStanding and Deaf and HoH Women's Doubles, Split Age Men's Doubles.
Sunday 5th October - Pro and Senior Pro (QF and SF) ,14s and 18 Mixed Doubles, 19+, 35+, 50+ and 55+, PWID, ParaChair, ParaStanding and Deaf and HoH Mixed Doubles.
Monday 6th October - Pro and Senior Pro (Finals and Bronze) ,14s and 18 Mixed Doubles, 19+, 35+, 50+ and 55+, PWID, ParaChair, ParaStanding and Deaf and HoH Singles and Skinny Singles.
What is…
Hybrid doubles: In hybrid doubles a player with a disability (physical or intellectual) competes alongside an able-bodied player.
Split Age Gender Doubles/Mixed Doubles: In split aged gender/mixed doubles, one player MUST be 50 or over and one MUST be under 50.
Combined age doubles: In combined aged doubles, a pairs total age must be greater than 125 years.
Merging of events
Events with less than 5 players/teams will be merged with another event at the discretion of the APC Tournament Director. The process for the merging of events is:
Merge within age group first
Merge within skill level second, if option 1 is not a viable option
All players affected by a merge, will be notified by email.
How many events can I play?
Players can enter a maximum of 5 events, but this cannot comprise of more than the following:
1 x Singles or Skinny Singles
1 x Gender Doubles
1 x Mixed Doubles
1 x Split Age Gender Doubles
1 x Split Aged Mixed Doubles or 1 x Combined Age Mixed Doubles OR 1 x Hybrid Doubles
I'm a 60+ player, what can I play in?
Monday 29th September: Mixed Doubles
Tuesday 30th September: Gender Doubles
Wednesday 1st October: Singles or Skinny Singles
Thursday 2nd October: Split Age Mixed Doubles, Combined Age Mixed Doubles or Hybrid Doubles
Friday 3rd October: Split Age Women's Doubles
Saturday 4th October: Split Age Men's Doubles
Format:
Pro - Double elimination draw with main draw matches played best of 3 games, first to 11, win by 2. Back draw matches will be played first to 15, win by 2.
Senior Pro - Double elimination draw with main draw matches played best of 3 games, first to 11, win by 2. Back draw matches will be played first to 15, win by 2.
All other events - Round Robin leading into single elimination main draw. Round Robin pools with 5 or less players/teams matches will be played first to 15 win by 2. Round Robin pools which have 6 or more teams, matches will be played first to 11, win by 2. Single elimination draw format will be at the discretion of the tournament director.
All medal matches will be best of 3 games, first to 11, win by 2.
* Pro Event Entry *
At the close of registration on the 31st of August 2025 at 11:25pm, entry into Pro and Senior Pro events will be determined by a players DUPR which has a reliability score of greater than 60%.
Player/s who have entered into the Pro or Senior Pro events, but who do not qualify will be offered positions in the appropriate age 4.0+ skill brackets (unless these events are also full). Player/s should monitor where their DUPR is in relation to the registrations and amend their entry as they see fit.
