Tournament Description

Come "Dink in the New Year" with Vetta Sunset. This annual event features some of the best players in the St. Louis region and beyond. Each year both experienced players and players newer to the tournament scene come together in a tournament that is competitive, fun, and fills up fast!

NEW THIS YEAR! Senior Women's Doubles Open and Senior Men's Doubles Open with PRIZE MONEY!

$2,000 in PRIZE MONEY for Senior Open Brackets! $500 for Gold, $300 for Silver, and $200 for Bronze

Format:

This tournament will be conducted in Round Robin Format.

The Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust brackets and format as needed.

📲IMPORTANT - Make sure you have texting 💬 enabled in your Pickleball Tournaments profile. This is the only way you will be notified of your court assignment during the tournament.

The Franklin X-40 (Green) ball will be used.

Additional Information

The format for this tournament will be Round Robin with single elimination playoffs for every bracket.

1. Brackets of 3 teams will play best 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2.

2. Brackets of 4 teams or more will play 1 game to 15, win by 2.

3. All playoff matches will be 1 game to 15, win by 2, with the exception of gold which will be be 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2.

4. Depending on the number of teams in a bracket, there may be multiple pools. Makeup of the pools will determine how many from each pool move on to single elimination playoff.

5. A minimum of 3 from the bracket (not 3 from each pool) will move on to single elimination playoff.

6. Brackets post at midnight the morning of bracket play. If a player drops, the bracket will reconfigure according to the new seeding.

The Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust brackets and format as needed.

If you are registered for an event without a partner, one will not automatically be assigned to you. Please use the "Find a Partner" tab on the tournament website to contact a potential partner. If you need helping pairing up in the system, please email registration@pickleballamigos.com

Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make the registration process as smooth as possible. If you need to cancel your registration prior to December 17, 2025, you will be refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee. Refunds will be automatically issued within 7-10 days AFTER the completion of tournament. Please note that no refunds will be made for any reason after December 17, 2025. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you at the event!
