This tournament is closed to Pickleball Alice Springs Association members only.

We are fortunate to have the local support of the YEPERENYE shopping centre as our naming rights sponsor.

This is a non-sanctioned event.

This tournament will use the current USA Pickleball (USAPA) rules.

REGISTRATION

Registration Opens: 1st September, 2025 @ 8 a.m

Registration Closes: 30th September, 2025 @ 11.59 p.m

Registration is $30 which includes entry into one event.

Each additional event costs $15.

Players can enter a maximum of 3 events ( Singles, Gender doubles & Mixed Doubles) .

- To register you will need to have a free Pickleball Brackets login and profile.

Your profile must contain your contact number, email & PAA ID number.

- You may enter in more than one event during the tournament but all events need to be in

a different categories e.g. Mixed Doubles, Doubles, Singles.

The tournament will be held at the indoor stadium.

All events will have qualifying games in round robin format and then semis and finals.

Games will be to 15 points win by 2 in round-robin events.

Semi finals will be 1 game to 15 win by 2.

Gold and Silver will be best of 3 games to 11 win by 2.

PLEASE NOTE:

- Skill Levels: For Doubles, you must sign up at the skill level of the higher-rated partner.

All players will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 games per event.

It is a condition of entry that all attendees understand that they may be photographed or filmed at the event and that these images may be stored and used by PASAI or our sponsors on websites, social media and other purposes without express permission or payment.

DIRECTOR'S DISCRETION

The tournament director reserves the right to:

- review, and possibly alter the rating of players who self-rate below or above their actual ability.

- move players and teams between skill level brackets if on verification the wrong event has been entered.

- merge or split brackets based on event registration.

- change start times to facilitate smooth running of the tournament

- The tournament director reserves the right to modify the events and/or schedule as needed pending influences beyond our control (ie. Fire drill etc).
