🏓 Tournament Formats
Regular Events
- Guaranteed 5 games per team
- Format: Pool play → all teams advance to single-elimination playoff bracket
- Pool play games: First to 11, win by 2
- Playoff games: First to 15, win by 2
- Gold & Bronze medal matches: Best 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2
Cash Game Events
- Format: Double-elimination bracket (no pool play)
- Match format: Best 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2
- Backdraw games: First to 15, win by 2
- Backdraw teams can come around to win gold
- Payout: $1,000 payout ($600 to 1st place, $300 to 2nd place, $100 to 3rd place)
- Minimum requirement: A minimum of 6 teams per division is required to enable cash payout. If the minimum is not met, the division may be cancelled or combined with a regular (non-cash) event at the tournament director's discretion.
🎯 Daily Event Limit
To ensure smooth scheduling and a great player experience:
- Players may register for a maximum of ONE (1) main event per day.
👵👴 Senior Events (Ages 50+)
We are excited to offer dedicated Senior Events (Ages 50 and Up) for players looking for age-specific competition. Senior players are also eligible to compete in non-senior events later in the weekend — you do not have to choose one or the other.
For example, a player may compete in:
- Men’s Doubles 4.0 (Ages 50+) on Friday, and
- Men’s Doubles 4.0 on Saturday
This format allows senior players to enjoy additional competitive opportunities while still participating in the main draw events. All senior events follow the same high-quality formats, rules, and standards as regular events.

💰 Pricing
Registration Fees (required for all players)
- Early Registration: Sep 17 – Sep 30 | $0
- Regular Registration: Oct 1 – Oct 31 | $10
- Late Registration: Nov 1 - Nov 13 | $30
Event Fees
- Regular events: $75 per player, per event
- Cash game events: $99 per player, per event
- Pickleball Tournaments software fee: $5 per event (max of 2 events)

🤝 Partner Registration Policy
If your partner does not register within 7 days of your registration, you will be moved to the waitlist and your spot in the main draw will not be held.
Once both partners have registered and paid:
- If space is available, you will be moved back into the main event automatically
- If the event is full, you will remain on the waitlist until a spot opens. If a spot does not open, you will receive a full refund
⏰ Start Times & Event Duration
- Divisions may start as early as 8:00 AM or as late as 4:00 PM
- Start times will be emailed no later than Sunday, Nov 15 at 5:00 PM
- Event length varies by division and performance—the more you win, the longer you play
- Events typically last half a day or more
- We strongly recommend keeping your entire event day open
📊 Divisions & DUPR (Sandbagging Policy)
- Please register for the appropriate division based on your DUPR rating
- Players without a DUPR rating are expected to self-rate honestly
- Tournament directors reserve the right to move players based on DUPR and discretion
- Teams must register based on the higher-rated partner
- Example: DUPR 3.20 + 3.67 → must register for 3.50–3.99
- DUPR scores will be submitted for all events

- Prizes donated by our sponsors awarded to 1st place finishers
- USAPA rules and equipment guidelines will be followed
- Paddles approved by either of the following government bodies can be used: USAP, UPA-A
- Primary ball: Lifetime LT Pro 48
- Timeouts: Teams are limited to one 1-minute timeout per game
