<b>The 2026 DC Classic Pickleball Tournament</b>
<p style="color:red;"> Enjoy a full day of pickleball at the sixth year of this tournament on May 3rd, 2026. </p>
<p style="color:red;"> The tournament is open to all players age 10 and above. Registration is by skill level. Skill levels will be split into age groups to create playing brackets. Skill levels with only a few registrations, may be combined as needed before age groups are created. </p>
<p style="color:red;"> Registration Fee: DC Residents - $37.50 for one event, $47.50 for two events through March 31st. Non-Residents - $42.50 for one event, $52.50 for two events through March 31st. The registration fee increases by $10 on April 1st.</p>
<b><i>A PickleballBrackets.com software use fee of $5 for one event or $10 for two events will be added to every registration. </i></b>
The tournament will be held <b>INDOORS</b> at the <FONT COLOR=“#0000FF”><b><a href="https://dpr.dc.gov/page/southeast-tennis-and-learning-center-setlc">Southeast Tennis and Learning Center</b></a></FONT COLOR>, DC's premier indoor and outdoor tennis facility.
<b>Registration opens on February 5th at 8:00 am and closes on April 27th at 11:55pm</b>
Events are mixed doubles, men's doubles and women's doubles. The format is round robin. There are three different skill divisions in each event, <b>3.499 and under, 3.5 to 3.999, and 4.0 and above.</b> DUPR ratings will be used and teams must register at the skill level of the higher rated player. Ratings will be updated on April 21st and teams will be moved to a higher skill level event if their rating has increased. Players may appeal a move to a higher skill level prior to the registration deadline by using the contact tourney button above.</b>
For players with no DUPR rating, the self rating from their player profile will be used for bracket placement.

Large brackets will be divided by age to create playing groups. There is a guaranteed minimum of four games in each event.
