Sanctioning: Pickleball Canada Tier 2

Minimum Age: 16 years

The tournament will feature Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, and Mixed Doubles.
Skill Divisions:
- 3.4 and below
- 3.5ā3.9
- 4.0 and above
Age Divisions:
- 16ā49
- 50+
Player age will be determined as of December 31, 2026.

Friday, December 11: Men's and Women's Doubles
Saturday, December 12: Men's and Women's Doubles
Sunday, December 13: Mixed Doubles
The allocation of specific skill and age divisions between Friday and Saturday will be confirmed once scheduling is finalized.

All divisions will begin with round-robin play, followed by single-elimination medal playoffs.
Round Robin: One game to 11, win by 2.
Playoffs: One game to 15, win by 2.
<strong>PLAYOFFS:</strong> One game to 15, win by 2.
Gold and Bronze Medal Matches: One game to 15, win by 2.
Minimum Guaranteed Matches: 5 per event.
Tournament organizers reserve the right to combine divisions or adjust competition formats based on registration numbers, court availability, and scheduling requirements, while maintaining the advertised match guarantee.

Registration Opens: October 16, 2026, at 8:00 AM Atlantic
Registration Closes: December 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM Atlantic
Tournament Registration Fee: $35 per player
Event Fee: $20 per event, per player
Total cost for one event: $55
Total cost for two events: $75
Additional processing fees may apply.
Both partners must complete registration and payment for a doubles team to be considered fully registered.
Participants must meet applicable Pickleball Canada membership, rating, and sanctioning requirements.

Refund requests received on or before November 27, 2026, will be eligible for a refund minus a $10 administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued after November 27, 2026, except where required by applicable law.
Any non-refundable third-party processing or service fees will be identified at registration.

PEI Pickleball ĆPĆ reserves the right to combine, modify, or cancel divisions based on registration numbers and operational requirements.
Players are encouraged to enable tournament email and text notifications to receive important updates.
Protective eyewear is strongly recommended, and appropriate non-marking court footwear is required.
In the event of severe winter weather, organizers may adjust match times or the tournament schedule. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
