Registration:
- Registration opens February 27, 2026 at 12 noon.
- Registration is completed online at www.pickleballtournaments.com
- Entry fee: $70 registration fee + $35 per event
- Maximum of 3 events: one singles, one gender doubles, and one mixed doubles (one event per day)
- Registration is considered complete when both partners are registered and paid
- If payment is not received within 5 days, teams will be moved to the waitlist
*Note: In many events, age brackets will be finalized closer to the tournament based on registrations, with a maximum of 8 teams per bracket.
Format:
- Minimum three games guaranteed.
- The tournament is age and skill based using DUPR ratings.
- Participants may play up one skill level or down in age.
- Age brackets may be combined or split depending on registration numbers.
- Medals will be awarded to the top three teams in each bracket.
8 teams:
- Round Robin with two pools of 4 teams
- Top 2 teams from each pool advance to playoffs
- Gold medal match is best 2 of 3 games to 11, win by 2
- All other matches 1 game to 15, win by 2
7 teams:
- Double elimination
- “A” side: Best 2 of 3 games to 11, win by 2
- “B” side: 1 game to 15, win by 2
6 or fewer teams:
- Round robin with single medal round
- Pool play: 1 game to 15, win by 2
- Medal matches: Best 2 of 3 games to 11, win by 2
The Tournament Committee reserves the right to:
- Combine or split brackets
- Place players in appropriate skill levels
- Adjust formats based on registration numbers
Officiating:
- We expect all matches to be officiated.

Media:
- Photos and video will be taken throughout the tournament for promotional purposes.
