Your sneak peek at the Provincials – come play, practice, and have fun!
Looking to get some extra games in before the 2026 Saskatchewan Provincial Championships? Join us for a one-day Mixed Doubles Tournament designed as the perfect warm-up event. This is a great opportunity to test your partnership, experience the tournament format, and get comfortable with competitive play ahead of Provincials.
Whether you’re preparing for Provincials or just looking for a fun afternoon of mixed doubles competition, this event is a great way to sharpen your play.
Date: Saturday, April 25 (Afternoon)
Event: Mixed Doubles Only
Skill Levels:
- 3.0 and Under
- 3.5
- 4.0
- 4.5+
* Players may choose to play up in skill level.
Age Brackets:
Age splits will be created after registration closes to ensure competitive groupings.
Maximum 8 teams per age bracket per skill level
Team age is determined by the younger player
Format:
- Round robin pool play
- Top 2 teams from each bracket advance to playoffs
- Match Format
All matches (except Gold): 1 game to 15, win by 2
Gold medal matches: Best 2 of 3 games to 11, win by 2
Expect a fast-paced schedule, and a fun competitive atmosphere. It’s the perfect chance to dial in your teamwork, get comfortable with tournament play, and build momentum heading into Provincials.

Pickleball Regina is proud to support the Canadian Mental Health Association – Regina Branch with 100% of net proceeds from this tournament donated to support vital mental health programs and services in our community.
This indoor event will be played on 16 courts and conducted under current Global Pickleball Federation (GPF) rules. The official tournament ball is the yellow Franklin X-40.
Eligibility:
- All participants must hold a current Pickleball Canada membership.
- Must be a Saskatchewan resident
- Proof of Saskatchewan residency required at check-in (Driver’s License, Health Card, or Provincial ID).
- Players must be 10 years of age or older at any time in 2026.
- Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Tournament age is the age you will turn in 2026.
