FORMAT
Round Robin - games to 15 win by 1
For single pool:
• top 2 play for Gold and Silver and 3rd and 4th play for Bronze
For double pools:
• 1st in pool 1 plays 2nd of pool 2 with winner playing in Gold /Silver game, loser to Bronze. 1st in pool 2 plays 2nd of pool 1 with winner playing in Gold/Silver game, loser to Bronze
Bronze Medal matches – 1 game to 15, win by 2, no cap
Gold Medal matches – best 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2, no cap

*** Tournament Director may combine or change skill categories based on the number of registrations received. Specific skill categories could also be split into different age groups (17-54 & 55+).
**** Tournament Director reserves the right to place players in categories based on past performance at this tournament.
Age is based on age as of December 31, 2026
Early registration for Cranbrook Pickleball Club members starts on Monday, June 1st, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
Public registration opens Monday June 8th, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
Registration closes Friday August 21st, 2026 at 9:00 p.m.
COST
Registration fee: $70 for one event plus $15 for second event
Pickleball Tournaments Service Fee $7.00 per event
An online PCO waiver will be used for registration
REGISTERING FOR AN EVENT
Skills levels will follow DUPR ratings at the time of registration. One member of your team must have a DUPR rating at the level they registering. Their partner may play up in skill level (.5 difference). Players cannot play down a level.
If you do not have a DUPR please use your discretion when self rating. The goal of our tournament is to have all teams in a bracket have close and competitive games.
Players must have a DUPR profile and link it to their pickleballtournaments.com account to register. If you do not have a DUPR profile, please create one at https://dashboard.dupr.com/signup.
All registrants MUST be a Pickleball Canada member in good standing to play in this tournament. Please ensure your Pickleball Canada Membership number and your skill level are up to date in your pickleballbrackets.com profile before registering for this tournament. If you are not a Pickleball Canada member, you can become a member at https://www.pickleballcanada.org/
Registration is online only at https://pickleballtournaments.com/. Registration is not complete until BOTH partners have registered, agreed to the online waiver, and PAID in full. Online payment via Stripe. Stripe accepts credit card payments. When the maximum per event is reached based on fully registered/paid teams, others will be added to the waitlist.
Note: If the partner has not completed their registration within five days of the first partner registering, the team will be moved to the waitlist if there are fully-paid teams on the waitlist. When the identified partner registers after the five-day grace period, the team will move from the waitlist back to the active list ONLY if there is a slot available.
COMPLETE means, the waiver is signed, the registration is paid in full and your partner needs to be registered, the waiver signed and paid in full as well.

2. Your Pickleball Canada Member ID must be added to your Pickleball Tournaments profile under Association Memberships
3. You must have a DUPR profile/account. Go to: https://www.dupr.com
4. Your DUPR profile must be connected to your Pickleball Tournaments profile/account
5. You must add a CELL number to your Pickleball Tournaments profile. Make sure to choose to "receive in-game text messages". This is how you will receive game notifications and court assignments.
