Join us for Serving Up Smiles: Smiles for Jake Charity Tournament, our 1st annual outdoor community event dedicated to bringing people together, spreading positivity, and raising funds for suicide prevention!
Hosted on the outdoor courts at the Cuyuna Pickleball Center in Ironton, MN on September 19th & 20th, this event welcomes players of all skill levels. Whether you are a tournament veteran or playing in your first event, your participation helps us share the message that #WeAreAllJake—that everyone deserves hope, kindness, and a listening ear.
Event Schedule & Divisions
Saturday, Sept 19: Men’s & Women’s Doubles (Under 3.5 & 3.5+)
Sunday, Sept 20: Mixed Doubles (Under 3.5 & 3.5+)
Tournament Format
This is a Round Robin tournament ensuring plenty of gameplay for all teams. Divisions will feature pool play followed by a single-elimination bracket for the top teams. We are prioritizing player experience with efficient scheduling, local business court sponsorships, and a focus on community fun.
About the Charity
Smiles for Jake is a suicide prevention movement that spreads positivity through life-affirming actions, listening ears, and the message that everyone should have hope. All proceeds from this event directly support our mission to stomp out suicide and provide resources across our region.
