The health and safety of our players, volunteers, and spectators is important to us.
An **Automated External Defibrillator (AED)** is available at the tournament site.
Players should understand that this is an outdoor tournament and should come prepared for changing weather conditions. **Central Florida can experience unusually warm or hot weather even in December.**
Players are encouraged to:
* Arrive well hydrated and bring adequate water or other appropriate fluids.
* Continue hydrating throughout the day.
* Use sunscreen and appropriate sun protection.
* Wear suitable clothing, footwear, hats, or other protection for outdoor play.
* Take appropriate breaks between matches whenever possible.
* Be alert for symptoms of heat-related illness in themselves and others.
Players are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate safely. Anyone experiencing dizziness, weakness, confusion, chest discomfort, unusual shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms should stop playing and immediately notify tournament staff.
The Tournament Director may delay or suspend play when weather, excessive heat, court conditions, or other circumstances create an unreasonable safety risk.
