FEES:
Your entry fee includes registration and one category (event) in the tournament.
Double Early Bird Registration: $55.00 (April 10, 2026 to April 17, 2026)
Early Bird Registration $65.00 (from April 18 to May 2, 2026)
Regular Registration: $75.00 (from May 3 to May 16, 2026 at 7:00pm)
Add $20 for each additional event/category.
Registration is considered complete when the team information is complete and paid in full. Players must register within 2 days of the first player's registration, or the team will be moved to the waitlist.
EVENTS:
Friday June 5, 2026
Women Doubles Skill level 2.5 and under, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5(+) for different age groups.
Men's Singles Skill level 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5(+) for different age groups.
Saturday, June 6, 2026:
Mixed doubles Events all day, Skill level 2.5 and under, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5(+) for different age groups.
Sunday, June 7, 2026
Men's Doubles Skill level 2.5 and under, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5(+) for different age groups.
Women's Singles Skill level 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5(+) for different age groups.
Ratings for tournaments are based on DUPR 2.5 up to 5.0+. Below are the ranges used for those:
2.5: Players rated up to 2.99
3.0: Players rated 2.50 - 3.49
3.5: Players rated 3.00 - 3.99
4.0: Players rated 3.50 - 4.49
4.5+: Players rated 4.50 and up
Teams must play at the skill level of the highest rated partner and in the age category of the youngest player. Players are not allowed to play at a lower level than current DUPR Rating.
The tournament director reserves the right to modify/merge the events, schedule as needed.
For the doubles matches, If you register with a partner, your partner will have 2 days to register as well, If your partner is a member of PB Brackets, their name will appear in the search for player, otherwise, you can manually enter their name to hold their spot and they will need to create their profile and registration within 2 days.
FORMAT:
Round Robin, Guaranteed 3 matches
Scenario for Pool play
1 pool of 5 or 6 teams/players:
Each round robin match is 1 game to 15 points win by 2
Playoffs:
1st place vs. 2nd place will play for the Gold : Best 2 of 3 games to 11 points win by 2
3rd place vs. 4th place will play for the Bronze : 1 game to 15 points win by 2.
2 pools of 4 teams/players:
Each round robin match is Best 2 of 3 games to 11 points win by 2
Playoffs:
Top team/player in each pool will play for the Gold: Best 2 of 3 games to 11 points win by 2
2nd team/player in each pool will play for the Bronze: 1 game to 15 points win by 2.
Format may change based on enrolment for the specific event.
EVENT WINNERS :
PRIZE MONEY TO ALL EVENT WINNERS
- Gold/Silver/Bronze winners will ‘borrow’ an enlarged medal for taking a picture only.
- Event winner(s) (1st place) – receive(s) 1-year free WWWCCC courts membership to be applied to their account (get a certificate) (Valued up to $72 pending resident or associate status)
- 2nd place – Receive(s) 3 guest certificates to be applied when bringing guests to WWWCCC courts ($30 value)
- 3rd place- Receive(s) 1 Guest certificate to be applied when bringing guests to WWWCCC courts ($10 value)
Prizes are transferable but can’t be redeemed for cash. Court membership and guest certificates can be redeemed only at WWWCCC courts.

Tournament Ball will be the outdoor yellow Selkirk Pro S1.
