This is a competitive Pickleball tournament - but we require everyone to have FUN! If you are not having fun, or not being fun to be around...you will be asked to adjust your attitude!
By registering for the event, you are acknowledging you have read the event waiver, and understand and accept all the conditions of the waiver required for your participation. If you require a copy of the waiver email Events@Picklemesilly.com.
Spectators are welcome to attend the event and cheer on their friends and family. There is standing room around the courts and some limited seating provided. We kindly ask for spectators to be positive supportive to all players and other spectators. Spectators are asked to refrain from making or commenting on calls made by the participants. Chairs can be set up in designated areas around the court fences. There is also a lounge and full restrooms with showers. Lockers available on first come first serve and please bring your own lock.
Players should plan on arriving at least 30 minutes before their scheduled start time.

USAPA 2025 rules will apply. Referees/Monitors may be requested and provided only if available.
Players are responsible for knowing what equipment is prohibited for play. The management reserves the right to refuse any player from participating found to be using a paddle not approved by USA Pickleball. Vending machine for drinks is provided. You are encouraged to bring your own pre-prepared food and drinks.
Children are welcome, and are to be supervised at all times by an adult to not interfere with game management or competition.
Alcohol is permitted in the facility by persons 21 and over. No alcohol consumption is permitted on the playing courts at any time. Players competing in the scheduled events may NOT consume alcohol at any time until they are eliminated from the tournament competition. No exceptions. Violators will be disqualified without warning and without refunds. There is no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the facility at any time.
Please, no food or drinks are allowed inside the playing courts and surrounding areas. No radios or noise makers are permitted. No soliciting, advertising banners, and signs are permitted with permission from the event management. The management reserves the right to refuse players access to the event if, at the sole discretion of the management, any player's clothing, and or behavior, is considered inappropriate and in violation of the PickleMeSilly code of conduct. We love our pups! Friendly and non-aggressive pets are allowed inside the facility during this event. They are required to be on short secure leads and attended to at all times. Owners must clean up after their pets. The management reserves the right to ask to have any pets removed at any time.
No unauthorized solicitation is permitted anywhere on the event property without the expressed permission in writing from PickleMeSilly, LLC.

DISCLAIMERS/OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This is a private event. The event is hosted by Dill Dinkers Corp. of Finksburg, MD. Participation in the event requires a completed PickleMeSilly LLC registration and waiver. PickleMeSilly is committed to providing a fun, safe, and comfortable environment for our players, guests, and staff. Everyone is expected to adhere to all municipal laws and regulations, and exhibit the highest degree of sportsmanship and fair play at all times. If you plan on drinking alcohol, Uber and other shared ride services are strongly encouraged. The management reserves the right to dismiss any player, team, or spectator at any time for violation of generally accepted codes of good conduct published herein or otherwise assumed. The event management reserved the right to remove any person in violation of these expectations from the event without warning, and without refund. Please secure your valuables at all times or leave at home. The event management is not responsible for property lost and or stolen that is brought to the event.
