FORMAT
For all divisions 3.0 - 4.49:
Teams will play a minimum of 3 matches. The format will be as follows:
- Pool-Play to Single Elimination
- Gold medal matches will be best of 3
For all Open Divisions
- Double Elimination Bracket
- 2/3 to 11 in winners bracket
- 1 to 15 in losers bracket
TIMING
Play may begin as early as 8:00 a.m. We will send out a tentative schedule 1 week before and then confirm the schedule when registration closes. We will do this in order to avoid unnecessary delays.
RATINGS
We use DUPR to ensure fair competition. The tournament director reserves the right to move any players who are in the wrong brackets. All scores will be submitted to DUPR.
Register for brackets matching your DUPR rating:
- Beginners Bracket: 2.000-2.499
- 2.5 bracket: 2.500-2.999
- 3.0 bracket: 3.000–3.499
- 3.5 bracket: 3.500–3.999
- 4.0 bracket: 4.000 - 4.499
- 4.5 bracket: 4.500 - 4.999
- Open - Any
Rating Requirements:
- Playing below established skill level will not be tolerated. Players may play higher but cannot play the event below their rating. Tournament Director reserves the right to administer bracket adjustments based on DUPR ratings as necessary.
- Suspect DUPR rating will not be entertained. DUPR rating at the time of registration will be considered.
- Inclusion in an event is subject to both partners registering. Registration of one partner does not confirm event spot. Both partners need to be registered for a team to be confirmed for the event. If both partners are not registered, preference will be given to teams on the waitlist who complete registration and the unregistered team will be moved to the waitlist.
