Specific start times for each event will be posted and emailed to players approximately 5 days prior to event.
Format to play will be round robin. 2.5 and below teams will play 1 game to 11 points win by 2. 3.0 and above will play 1 game to 11 win by 2. Last day to register will be February 19, 2025. You must register by February 12, 2025 to get a tournament t-shirt.
This tournament will be using DUPR Ratings. You must have a DUPR ID to register. All matches will be reported to DUPR.

Refund Policy
This is an indoor tournament, so there are no weather-related refunds. The last day to withdraw and receive a refund is February 19, 2025. Cancellations prior to that date are subject to a $5 administration fee. Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered and all fees have been paid in full.
A player's registration is non-transferable.
Players who do not show up for their event and fail to notify the tournament director prior or leave the event without notifying the tournament director after it has started are subject to a $25 fine. The fine must be paid before registering for any other events.
