Singles is included with registration.
Waivers will be required at check-in (prior to play).
The Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust brackets and formats as needed to ensure fair and balanced play. When registration numbers are sufficient, divisions will follow a double-elimination format. Smaller groups may be combined or shifted to pool play for the best player experience.
If divisions lack enough teams or players, age groups will be combined before skill levels are merged. Every effort will be made to keep play competitive and enjoyable for all participants.
This is an outdoor event held at Montgomery Hall Park in Staunton, VA. Please remain flexible with your scheduled start and play times. Weather or other conditions outside our control may require changes to court assignments, start times, or match formats. Player availability throughout the event day is important, as matches may begin earlier or later than initially posted.
All participants and spectators are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship. The tournament staff reserves the right to remove individuals who disrupt play or violate event rules.
