Registration Closes September 25
September 25, 2026 is the final day to make changes to your registration, withdraw, or request a refund.
After September 25, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason, including illness, injury, weather, scheduling conflicts, or other unforeseen circumstances.
🔄 Substitutions After Registration Closes
If you are unable to play after registration closes, you may find a substitute to take your place. Substitutions are allowed after September 25, but the replacement player must meet the eligibility requirements for the division they are entering.
Substitute players must:
Have a DUPR rating that is eligible for the division
Meet the age requirements for the division, including 50+ divisions
Meet any other applicable division requirements
Please contact tournament organizers as soon as possible if a substitution is needed so we can update the brackets and tournament information.
⚠️ Important
Once registration closes, we will be finalizing divisions, brackets, schedules, and court assignments. Because of this, no refunds will be provided after September 25, and all substitutions must be approved to ensure fair and appropriate play.
