This fundraiser tournament will be held at the premier Performance Pickleball RVA indoor pickleball facility in Henrico, VA. Matches will take place on 12 state-of-the-art dedicated indoor pickleball courts. Medals will be awarded to the Top 3 teams in each bracket.

Doors Open at 8:00am for Check-In, Warm-Up and Welcome!

All brackets will be Round Robin with a Single Elimination bracket round and/or Medal matches to be played immediately following the completion of Round Robin play.

Round Robin matches will be either best 2/3 games to 11 win by 2 or 1 game to 15 win by 2 or 1 game to 11 win by 2 depending on the size of the bracket and/or pools. Gold Medal matches will be best 2/3 games to 11 win by 2. Bronze Medal matches will be best 2/3 games to 11 win by 2 or 1 game to 15 win by 2.

Skill & Age groups may be combined at the discretion of the Tournament Director to create brackets as needed based on the number of registered teams. The Tournament Director also reserves the right to adjust the bracket and match formats as necessary.

NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS OR WITHDRAWALS. Due to the fundraising nature of this event, we are not able to provide refunds after payment has been made. For any extenuating circumstances or situations, please contact us for approval. Thank you for your understanding and support!

The tournament will be held indoors at Performance Pickleball RVA and will go on, rain or shine! We will keep everyone posted in case of any inclement or severe weather.
