Skill Levels:

Open to players with skill levels 2.0 to 4.0

Registration Fee Schedule:

* July 18 - July 31, 2025: $35 plus $5 per event (Early Bird Special!)

* August 1 - Sept 6, 2025: $45 plus $5 per event

* Sept 7 - September 12, 2025: $55 plus $5 per event

RATINGS:

DUPR ratings will be used for seeding and division placement.

The Tournament Director retains the right to adjust a player’s division up or down based on skill assessment.

Players may register with a named partner or select “Need Partner.” Once registered, your partner has five days to complete their registration. If they do not, your team will be moved to the waitlist. Should your partner register after that five-day window, your team will return to the active list only if space is available and both players have paid in full.

Important: Your team’s spot in the tournament is not secured until both partners are registered and all fees are paid.

Cancellation deadline August 29, 2025. No refunds for any reason after that date. Cancellations prior to that date are subject to a $10 administration fee.

The tournament has a no-refund policy. We will not issue refunds or have makeup days if the tournament is impacted by the weather.
