Cancelation Policy

Player Cancellation, Withdrawal, and refunds:

Cancellation Deadline: 02/28

If a registered player elects to withdraw before the cancellation deadline, a refund will be issued minus $10.00 to cover administration fees. No refunds will be issued for anyone withdrawing or canceling after the cancellation date deadline.

Inclement Weather:

Every effort will be made to complete all games and events. There will be no refunds for events that are modified or rescheduled.

For events not able to start due to inclement weather, players will receive a credit toward future events.
