Welcome to the 2023 GAMMA $30,000 Pickleball Classic powered by UPMC!

This year's tournament will take place August 18-20, 2023 at the David L Lawrence Convention Center. A percentage of the proceeds will directly benefit the Parkinson's Foundation of Western PA. We will have 37 courts available for play! See below for the schedule of events:

FRIDAY - Women's Doubles and Men's Singles

SATURDAY - Mixed Doubles

SUNDAY - Men's Doubles and Women's Singles

Pro and Senior Pro Events with $30,000 in prize money

AMATEUR EVENTS ARE LIMITED TO 16 TEAMS PER BRACKET.

BOTH TEAM MEMBERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO SECURE YOUR SPOT IN THE BRACKET.

Deadline to Register: July 31, 2023

All registrations must be completed online. Payments can be made via PayPal with an account and/or credit/debit card. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit/debit card.

Participants will receive a tournament performance t-shirt if registered and paid prior to June 01, 2023.

Format

Amateur & Pro Events

All players will have the ability to play for the Gold Medal match thru the consolation bracket.

All players are guaranteed two ( 2 ) matches.

All matches in the "Main Draw" will be 2 out of 3 games to 11; winning by 2 points; all matches in the "Consolation Draw" will be one game to 15 winning by 2 points. Medal rounds will be 2 out of 3 games to 11 win by 2.

4 or 5 team brackets will play a round robin format; 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2 points

3 or fewer teams will be combined brackets

Singles Format:

5+ player brackets will play double elimination 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2 points.

4 player brackets will play a round robin format; 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2 points;

3 or fewer players will be combined brackets

All refunds are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

No refunds after cancellation deadline of 08/04/2023. No exceptions.

Pro and senior pro payout for gender doubles, mixed and singles. Must have 8 teams in bracket to receive full payout.
