Refund Policy
Players who withdraw before tournament registration closes will receive a 75% refund of their entry fee.
No refunds will be issued after tournament registration has closed, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, every effort will be made to move play indoors to 3dfit Arena, located at 12425 Nixon Ave., Riverview, MI 48193.
Because 3dfit Arena has three indoor courts, tournament start times and match schedules may change significantly, and some divisions may be moved to an alternate date.
If a division cannot be completed due to weather or limited court availability, an alternate date will be scheduled.
If a player is unable to participate on the rescheduled date, they will receive a complimentary entry into the next 3dfit Arena tournament in place of a refund.
