**Match Format**
• All divisions are guaranteed multiple matches
• Round robin pool play will lead into single-elimination playoffs
• Pool sizes will range from 5-7 teams
• Pool play matches are played to 11 (win by 1)
• Playoff matches are played to 15 (win by 2)
**Ratings & Advancement**
• Top teams from each pool will advance to the playoff bracket
• DUPR ratings will be recorded for all divisions unless stated otherwise
**Scheduling & Operations**
• Players entering multiple divisions are responsible for managing any scheduling conflicts
• While we aim to reduce overlaps, conflicts may still occur
• Schedule conflicts are not grounds for a refund
• Match formats, pool sizes, and divisions may be modified based on weather, timing, or registration numbers
• The Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust, combine, or split divisions as needed
• Additional divisions may be added based on demand
**Conduct & Venue Policies**
• Proper court footwear is required at all times
• All paddles must be USAPA-approved
• Players are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship
• Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in forfeiture or removal without refund
**Liability Waiver**
By registering, participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with play and agree to release and hold harmless PIKL Los Angeles, staff, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event.
