4th Annual Conviva Pictona Open 2023

Join us to participate in Pictona’s annual fall tournament on October 19-22, 2023. Last year 1030 players helped us open the completed Pictona campus that has 49 courts, 13 under cover, and a championship court in the MetroHealth Stadium. You’ll appreciate playing in a round robin format capped with a playoff. Earn your way to the championship finals which are played in the MetroHealth Stadium for a memorable experience.

Women’s doubles, men’s doubles, mixed doubles, and singles will be available.

We offer six skill levels, from 2.5 to 5.0, and 9 age groups (<30, 30+, 40+, 50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+). Join us for the entire tournament.

We were flattered to be called the “best pickleball facility in the world” after USAP held its Diamond Amateur Championship at Pictona, followed by the APP, PPA, and Major League Pickleball hosting their tournaments at Pictona. We’ll seek to match that by providing you with exceptional service provided by our staff and member volunteers.

Tournament Facts

Dates: October 19-22, 2023

Registration closes October 15, 2023 at 11:55 pm

Location: Pictona at Holly Hill, Florida

Divisions: Men's Doubles and Singles, Women's Doubles and Singles, and Mixed Doubles

Age categories: <30, 30+, 40+, 50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+

Skill levels: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and 5.0

Brackets with less than 4 teams registered will be combined with another bracket.

Format: Round robin with playoff in all brackets

Thursday October 19: Over 60 Men's Doubles, Over 60 Women's Doubles

Friday October 20: Over 60 Mixed Doubles, Under 60 Men's and Women's Singles

Saturday October 21: Under 60 Mixed Doubles, Over 60 Men's and Women's Singles

Sunday October 22: Under 60 Men's Doubles, Under 60 Women's Doubles

Tournament results will be incorporated into DUPR.

Tournament fee: $85 per person registration and $15 per event

Medals: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each category

Food and Beverage Policy

Bottle fillers and water fountains are located throughout the Pictona Campus. Water and sports drinks are the only beverages permitted to be brought into Pictona and players may bring fruit and energy bars into the facility. We request no other drinks or food be brought into Pictona. The Depot (our concession stand) and The Kitchen (our restaurant) provide an appealing selection of items at reasonable prices. The purchase of food and beverages is a vital part of supporting the costs to operate the not-for-profit Pictona.

Dog Policy

The City of Holly Hill does not allow dogs on the Pictona Campus.

Parking

We have 400 parking spaces surrounding the Pictona Campus and an additional 400 spaces within 100 yards. Parking is free.

Refund Policy

Withdraw from the tournament for any reason before October 13, 2023 and we’ll refund your registration and event fee less a $25 service fee. Refunds will be processed at completion of tournament.

No refunds when cancelling after October 13.

Prior to October 12, 2023, players may seek to transfer the registration to another person. A $10 transfer fee must be paid to cover the non refundable software service fee from Pickleball Brackets.
