The 4th Annual Dink for a Cure Pickleball Tournament is part of the Arthritis Foundation of Northeastern New York's three-day <span style="color:green; font-weight:800;">Arthritis Community Weekend</span> to raise money for arthritis research and assistance programs. More than 1,000 people will participate in this amazing weekend of activities. The weekend will feature vendors, raffles and food. The schedule of events includes the tournament, the Arthritis Foundation's Annual Walk for a Cure and a Wellness Expo, all which will be held at Siena University in Albany, NY.
The pickleball competition will be held on 16 temporary courts at Siena's Callanan Field House under <em>newly installed lights. </em>

Saturday & Sunday's events may start as early as 8 a.m. Specific start times for each event will be posted and emailed to players about 10 days before the event.

The registration fee includes 1 event. Each additional event costs*:
Doubles: $20
Singles: $15
Skinny singles: $10
*There is a $5 discount on Age 70+ events
Note: PickleballTournaments charges an additional $5 service fee for each event, up to a maximum of $10. This fee is nonrefundable.

- Every player will receive a tournament gift
- The tournament director reserves the right to move players and teams to the proper skill level, merge events, split events and change the schedule at any time.
For a guaranteed spot in doubles events, the second partner must register within THREE days of the first partner. Teams that are incomplete, meaning not all partners have registered AND paid, will be moved to the waiting list after three days. Once both partners register and pay, the team will be moved off the waiting list if there is still room in the event and registration is still open. Limits may be placed on the size of each event after registration opens. Register early to guarantee your spot.</p>

Funds raised for the Dink for a Cure Pickleball Tournament help the Arthritis Foundation:
1. Invest in innovative research to find a cure with more than $500 million in funding to date
2. Provide services to make life with arthritis easier including self-help courses and educational materials
3. Host juvenile arthritis camps and programs that directly address the unique needs of the more than 300,000 children affected by arthritis
4. Lead advocacy efforts and train Advocates that are actively engaged in 160 bills and rules in 39 states</p>

<p class="font-md">Volunteers are needed and very appreciated. We need volunteers to help set up the courts the day before the tournament and help on the day of the tournament checking players in, recording scores, running scoresheets to the score table. Some jobs require knowledge of pickleball and some don't.
