Saturday, June 20, 2026
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Acworth Community Center
4361 Cherokee St, Acworth, GA 30101
Hosted by DAB Pickleball
Join us for a one-day tournament that brings together competition, community, and culture in a welcoming environment for players of all levels. Whether you’re stepping into your first tournament or you regularly compete, this is a chance to play meaningful matches, connect with others, and be part of something bigger than the game.
TOURNAMENT PLAY
Open to players rated 2.5–4.0. Events include Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. Matches are scheduled throughout the day in a structured format designed to keep play moving while creating a fun and competitive atmosphere.
MORE THAN A TOURNAMENT
This event is designed to be simple, welcoming, and community-centered, with a few meaningful ways to engage:
Freedom Board – A shared space where players respond to the prompt: “What does freedom look like in your life right now?” Responses come together to create a collective expression of the community.
C.H.O.I.C.E.S. for Kids – Learn about and support local youth through optional donations and volunteer opportunities, connecting the spirit of Juneteenth to real community impact.
Community Marketplace – A small, curated group of local vendors offering goods that align with the spirit of the event.
KEEP THE DAY GOING
After the tournament, continue the celebration at the Concert on the Green: A Juneteenth Celebration hosted by the City of Acworth at Logan Farm Park. The park is just a 0.2-mile walk from the courts, so you can head straight over without needing to drive.
Event opens at 5:00 PM. Live music from 7:00–9:00 PM. Free to attend. Food and refreshments available for purchase. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets and folding chairs.
