Get ready for an exciting weekend of pickleball at the Monterey Bay Racquet Club, nestled within the scenic grounds of the Hyatt Regency Monterey! Join us for a thrilling event packed with competitive play and camaraderie.

At this tournament, our aim is to maximize the thrill of competition. All brackets are Round Robins, so no one goes home after 3 games. Brackets with 3-4 teams will play a double round robin, 5-7 will play round robin games to 15, 8-9 teams will play round robin games to 11, 10 or more teams will be pool play, with the top 2 from each pool advancing to the medal round.

Medal rounds will be 6-team shootouts will determine the final medal winners, guaranteeing a pulse-pounding climax to the tournament. If there are 3 teams in the bracket, the 3rd place team after the Round Robin will win Bronze, while the top 2 duel for Gold. In a 4 team bracket, the top 2 teams from round robin play will duke it out for Gold, while the 3rd & 4th place teams compete for Bronze.

Registration is done by skill/age level. After registration closes, groups may be combined to create good brackets, meaning 4 or more teams. The smallest group will be 4 teams, combined ages where there are less than 4 teams in an age group.

Changes are possible and will be decided by the tournament director based on numbers of players, weather, and any other condition that might effect play.

All sales made for the pickleball tournament organized by our company are final and non-refundable. Once registration is completed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued for any reason. This policy applies to all registrations, whether made online, by phone, or in person. By registering for the tournament, you agree to this policy and understand that no refunds will be given.

However, we understand that certain unforeseen circumstances might arise, and we will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny any refund request at our discretion.
