Hello players,
We have been closely monitoring the hurricane. As of right now it looks like our venue has no serious issues ( you can view live webcams of the courts on Palmetto Dunes website) and weather for Saturday & Sunday is projected to be great for pickleball. Palmetto Dunes never lost power, but they are closed today (Friday) to clean up minor debris. They have stated they will be ready for us bright an early in the morning. This e-mail serves to respond to the many of you who have reached out regarding the weather.
Our e-mail issues have been resolved. We have received all of your e-mails including the back logged ones. I will respond to each and every one of you within the next couple hours. It looks like most requests by players were able to me made. If you have not received your exact start time you should have it shortly. With this being a charity event we wanted to accommodate as many players as possible and leave registration open for the wait list as long as possible.
We hope everyone made it through the hurricane unscathed and look forward to giving you a great experience with our player-centric event and all its' amenities this weekend!
