This tournament is for fathers and anyone who has ever had a father!
This is a private tournament. Registration requires a code which can be requested from the Tournament Director, Andrew Ling, andrewling30@yahoo.com.
The tournament events are based solely on your skill level, not age.
To register for the tournament you must first sign up as a player at PickleballBrackets.com. As part of the sign up process, you will be sent an email with a code to confirm who you are. This code is different from the code used to register for the tournament.
You may register for only one event. Players sign up for the tournament as an individual. You will be assigned a partner for your event. This is called a "Blind Draw".
There will be 7 events, with a maximum of 12 players per event. The format is round robin. Games are to 11 points, win by 2. These are the events:
Men
Men's Doubles Blind Draw, Skill 2.5 to 3.0
Men's Doubles Blind Draw, Skill 3.0 to 3.5
Women
Women's Doubles Blind Draw, Skill 2.5 to 3.0
Women's Doubles Blind Draw, Skill 3.0 to 3.5
Coed (You could be partnered with a male or a female)
Coed Doubles Blind Draw, Skill 2.5 to 3.5
Coed Doubles Blind Draw, Skill 3.5 to 4.0
Coed Doubles Blind Draw, Skill 4.0+
The Tournament Director reserves the right to change or combine these events based on registration and time allotment on the day of the tournament.
You will be able to register for the events that are appropriate for the skill level you identified on your Pickleball Brackets profile.
Registration fee is $15.00 which includes one event. Payment is by credit card or PayPal.
