This year’s tournament is proud to benefit the Chico History Museum, a treasured local institution dedicated to preserving and sharing the stories, people, and events that shaped Chico into the vibrant community it is today. From early settlers and agricultural roots to Chico State, Bidwell Park, and the region’s cultural life, the Museum safeguards our collective memory and ensures it is passed on to future generations. Proceeds from this tournament will directly support the Museum’s ongoing operations, exhibitions, and educational programs, helping keep Chico’s history alive and accessible.

Spectators are welcome to cheer on their favorite teams, enjoy the action, and be part of a weekend that blends sport with purpose.
This tournament follows DUPR guidelines to promote fair competition. Lower-rated players may move up; teams must register in the division of the higher-rated player, including mixed doubles. Age divisions are determined by the age of the younger partner. Players are expected to register at their appropriate skill level; sandbagging is not permitted. Match results will be submitted to DUPR. Thank you for helping keep the Chico Classic competitive and fun for all players.
