Join us for the 9th Annual Sanctioned Pickleball Tournament at Leisure World located at 908 S. Power Rd in Mesa, AZ. 85206. This will be a double elimination tournament with bracket of 6 teams or more, brackets with 3-5 teams will play a round robin with medal matches. Everyone will be guaranteed 3 games. The events will be Men's and Women's doubles along with Mixed doubles over the 3-day tournament. The skill levels are 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5. There will be two age groups, 50-64 and 65+. An individual or both can play down an age level, i.e.. a individual or both partners if age 65+ can play in the 50-64 group. To play in the 65+ group BOTH partners must be 65+. Players may enter an Event at NO MORE than .5 above their current UTPR, i.e., a 3.5 UTPR would be eligible to play at 4.0 if desired.

Thursday February 13th will be Men's Doubles, Friday February 14th will be Women's Doubles and Saturday February 15th will be Mixed Doubles. If an Event Bracket does not receive enough entrants to allow a Double Elimination format the tournament director reserves the right to change to a Round Robin format, combine brackets or cancel that event outright.

**PLEASE NOTE** Ratings for this tournament are pulled from UTPR first as this is a USAPA Sanctioned tournament.

You must request a refund by e-mail on or before February 2 2025. When requested, refunds will be issued minus the processing fee. There are no refunds after February 2nd. There are NO refunds for cancellation of event(s) due to weather.

Refunds will be processed in a timely manner after the CLOSE of the Tournament.

There will be no refunds for Event cancellations due to weather.

There will be no make-up days for Tournament Events cancelled due to weather.

There is an AED (automated external defibrillator) and trained Medical personnel on site.
