1. All registrants will receive a Margaritaville Beach Club Pass (valued at $60). This will be issued at the conclusion of the tournament and sent directly to you registrant via text message.
2. All registrants signing up before December 5th, 2025 will receive a t-shirt. If you sign up after this date, there may be shirts available for purchase at the event.

Friday: Men’s & Women’s Singles
Saturday: Men’s & Women’s Doubles
Sunday: Mixed Doubles
Official start times for each division will be announced after registration closes.
Bracket placements will be determined using player ratings to ensure balanced and competitive play.
We reserve the right to adjust player or team placement based on verified ratings at the time of the tournament to maintain fair competition.
All match results will be submitted to the appropriate national rating system for player tracking and progression.
Registration & Fees
- Each player must register individually. Total cost includes the following components:
- Base Registration Fee: $40 per player
- Event Entry Fee: $20 per event (Singles, Gender Doubles and/or Mixed Doubles)
- Processing Fee: $5–10 (charged by the tournament platform)
Example: One event = $65 total, Two events = $70 total
Bracket & Match Formats
Tournament brackets will follow a round-robin format with medal rounds, adjusted by bracket size:
- 3-Team Divisions: Double Round Robin (games to 15). Top two advance to Gold Medal match (best 2 of 3 to 11).
- 4-Team Divisions: Single Round Robin (to 15), followed by semifinals, bronze, and gold medal matches.
- 5–7 Teams: Round Robin (to 15) with semifinals for top four.
- 8–9 Teams: Round Robin (to 11) with semifinals for top four.
- 10–12 Teams: Two pools of round-robin play (to 15), then semifinals and medal rounds.
Medal matches are best 2 of 3 to 11, win by 2.
Bracket structures are subject to change based on registration and time constraints.
Weather & Rules
If weather impacts play, final placements may be determined according to USAP guidelines based on completed matches.
All play will follow USA Pickleball (USAP) rules, and only USAP-approved paddles may be used.
