Pickleball In The Pines has something for everyone, no matter what skill or experience you have! Whether you are learning the basics or improving your game or looking for intense competition, this is the perfect environment to challenge yourself and track your progress.

Registration fee of $60.00 for first event, and only an additional $10.00 for the second! Rayburn Country Resort members will be provided a discount code for $10.00 off.

Rayburn resort will provide drinks and snacks throughout the tournament. Enjoy a selection of snacks including fruits, vegetables, and baked goods to keep you fueled.

Friday night Rayburn Resort will have a welcoming party at no charge for you and your spouse, including free hors d'oeuvres .

Saturday we will have a social party for all players and spouses at no charge, including free hors d'oeuvres and free live entertainment.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be given if registration is cancelled by April 7, 2025. As this is an outdoor pickleball tournament, should inclement weather impact this tournament by having to either cancel or shorten play, there will be no refunds, credits or make up days given.

Inclement Weather Policy:

This tournament is being held at an uncovered, outdoor venue. The tournament staff will do everything possible to complete this tournament during the scheduled weekend as weather permits. As this is an outdoor pickleball tournament, should inclement weather impact this tournament by having to either cancel or shorten play, there will be no refunds, credits or make up days given.

Participation in the Event carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. The specific risks vary, and may include:

1) minor injuries such as bruises, sprains and dehydration,

2) major injuries such as eye injuries, joint or back injuries, heat stroke, heart attacks, and concussions, and

3) catastrophic injuries such as paralysis and/or death.

I have read the previous paragraphs, and I know, understand and appreciate these and other risks that are inherent in playing pickleball. I assert that my participation is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all such risks.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless. I also agree to indemnify and hold Pickleball Brackets, Rayburn Country Resort, the City of Brookeland (and its park facilities), Rayburn Country Resort and the event directors, their officers, employees, agents and volunteers of this tournament harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees brought as a result of my involvement in the Pickleball In The Pines tournament.
