Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration fees are non-transferable and non-refundable except as outlined below.
Participant Cancellation
* Participants who cancel **12 days or more prior to the event** will receive a refund less a $15 administrative fee.
* Participants who cancel **5-7 days prior to the event** will receive a 50% refund.
* No refunds will be issued for cancellations made **within 14 days of the event**, including for injury, illness, travel delays, weather conditions, personal emergencies, or scheduling conflicts.
Event Cancellation
If the tournament is canceled by the event organizer prior to the start of competition, participants will receive a refund of their registration fee less any non-recoverable processing fees.
Weather Policy
The tournament will be held rain or shine whenever conditions are deemed safe by tournament officials. Every effort will be made to complete the tournament schedule.
If play is delayed, shortened, modified, or canceled due to weather, court conditions, acts of nature, public health concerns, government orders, or circumstances beyond the control of the organizers, refunds will not be guaranteed and will be issued, if at all, at the sole discretion of the tournament organizers.
Tournament Format Changes
The tournament director reserves the right to adjust schedules, divisions, brackets, match formats, start times, or court assignments as necessary to ensure the successful operation of the event.
Registration Transfer
Registrations may be sold, transferred, or assigned to another participant with prior written approval from the tournament director. Waitlisted players may take a cancellation spot.
Tournament Director Authority
The tournament director reserves the right to refuse or revoke entry, combine divisions, limit field sizes, or make any modifications necessary for the safety and integrity of the tournament.
