You do not need an official rating to register however please make sure your skill level is correct in your pickleball.com profile.
Coed Doubles - Intermediate/Advanced Intermediate - 8:30am start
Women's 3.0-3.5 - 9am start - 3 more teams needed
Mixed Intermediate Doubles - 2:30pm start
Coed FUN Division - Novice level only (2.0-3.25) - 2:30pm start - this division is perfect for beginners/first time tournament players and can have any team combination (men, women, mixed, kids etc)
Final skill divisions will be determined after registration closes. Results are automatically sent to DUPR so if you are not yet rated, this is a great opportunity to get a rating! Please download the DUPR app and set up your account prior to registering for the tournament. You do not need to pay for the premium DUPR subscription, the free version is all you need.
Check-in opens 8am.
Four teams are required to run a division. In the event of low enrollment, gender divisions may be combined. If a division is combined, those teams will be given the option to withdraw. Skill divisions will not be combined.
Pool Play: Games to 11 or 9 win by 1, depending on number of teams in your pool.
Winner's Bracket: Games to 11 or 15, win by 2.
Back Draw (losers bracket): Games to 11, win by 2.
Back draw is playing for Bronze, you can not play through for Gold.
Medal rounds: Best of 3, or one to 15, depending on scheduling.
Minimum six games guaranteed.
UPA or USAP banned paddles are not allowed.
In the interest of maintaining the tournament schedule, the Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust scoring rules as needed. However, any adjustments will be announced and applied consistently across all matches.
