Check-In: Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your first match to check in, get settled, and warm up.
Be Ready to Play: We’ll do our best to stay on schedule. Players who are late or miss their match time may risk a forfeit, so please keep an eye on announcements and court assignments.
Tournament Format: Events will typically use round-robin or pool play, with top teams advancing to medal matches. Formats may be adjusted slightly depending on the number of teams in each division.
Divisions & Brackets: To create the best competitive experience for everyone, divisions may be combined or adjusted if needed.
Court Assignments: Please respect posted court assignments and be ready when your match is called to help the day run smoothly.
Officiating: Referees or volunteers may be present for medal matches to assist with scoring and ensure fair play.
Awards: Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals and rings will be awarded in each division.
