Format: Our round robin formats minimize waiting time in-between games and may be played back to back. . The goal is to provide 6 games per team during round robin play. The top 4 teams from the round robin round will advance to two playoff games to determine 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Each division should take approximately 3 hours.

Spectators/Family Members: No fee to enter the facility, access the Pop Up Pickleball Vendor Village or to take part in most of the non-tournament activities.

Sanctioning/Rules: This is a non-sanctioned tournament and will follow Official USA Pickleball rules. However, all approved USA Pickleball and UPAA will be allowed. There will be a head referee on site to settle all rules questions and settle disputes. Matches will be self-refereed, although we will do our best to recruit referees for finals matches. Entry Criteria: Entrants will self rate when entering skill divisions. However, tournament management reserves the right to check established rating systems and move players accordingly. Age must be determined by the youngest player on the teams age as of January 1, 2024.
Play Times: All players need to be available during these times slots and must check in to the tournament desk 30 minutes before your first scheduled match time.
Tournament management reserves the right to combine age divisions based on the number of entries received per division, which may affect the original advertised start time.
Friday: 8:00AM –8:00PM: Opening Ceremony, Women's Doubles, First Timers and Clinics
Saturday: 8:00AM – 8:00PM: Men's Doubles, Junior Boy's and Girl's Doubles and Clinics
Sunday: 8:00AM – 6:00PM: Mixed Doubles, Clinics and Closing Ceremonies
** New Beginners (Newbies) are players who are just starting out and do not have a ranking skill level of 2.9 and above. They have also never played in a tournament. before. Juniors are beginners to 3.0 level players and below. Newbies and Junior divisions will receive instruction on how to play and will be supervised with court monitors to assist throughout their games.
***Update: Juniors and First Timers - You will sign up as a single & play rotating partners doubles (different partner every game) for a fun time. There will be one overall 1st,2nd & 3rd.
