Now that tournament registration is coming to a close (7/18/23 by 11:55pm), if you are listed as needing a partner or owe REGISTRATION AND/OR EVENT fees, please complete this by the deadline as your team is not complete until BOTH players have completed this. You may be placed on a waiting list or withdrawn from the tourney soon thereafter. Go to the link below to confirm your registration/event fees.

Fri, Jul 21st - Sr. Mixed Doubles (50+,60+,70+)
Sat, Jul 22nd - Sr. Men's Doubles and Sr. Women's Doubles (50+,60+,70+)
Sun, Jul 23rd - Men's Doubles and Women's Doubles (19+,35+), Men's & Women's Doubles Scramble (19+,35+)
Mon, Jul 24th - Mixed Doubles, (19+,35+)
Skills: 2.5,3.0,3.5,4.0,4.5+
Ages: 19+,35+
Senior events only: ages initially broken down as 50-54, 55-59,60-64,65-69,70-74,75-79,80+
DOUBLES SCRAMBLE
The Scramble events are events that you sign up for individually generally because you have no partner. You will pair up in doubles with everyone in your bracket one at a time each round to play against everyone in your group. Same scoring as mentioned above based on number of teams. However, play ends after the round robin with no playoffs.
DAILY TENTATIVE TIMES:
Fri & Mon: Check-in 4:15-4:30 pm (30 or more minutes before 1st-round start time of 5pm.)
Sat/Sun: Check-in 9:15-9:30 am (30 or more minutes before 1st-round start time of 10am.)
*Tournament Director has the right to combine skill/age brackets.
*Certain event's start time may be pushed right due to limited court space and/or weather. Confirmed 1st-round start times for each skill/age event will be provided once brackets are developed after registration deadline 18 Jul.
*Skill and Age bracket splits further developed after registration deadline Tuesday, Jul 17th by 11:55pm.
*ALL ages can play on Sun & Mon but only two age brackets offered: 19+ & 35+.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! Please consider volunteering in the following areas:
Check-in: Check people into the event, hand out any necessary items as needed.
Court Maintenance: Repair courts, measure and ensure net height is correct, and cleanup areas as needed.
Court Monitor: Watch the courts to ensure players who are playing should be there. Answer questions from players, look for matches that may require an official due to issues on the court.
Court Setup: Help with setting up all nets, dividers, and taping lines as needed.
Court Takedown: Help take down courts as the event is coming to an end and after it has completed.
General Helper: An overall helper wherever needed.
Parking: Direct traffic and parking for the event. Monitor activity in the parking lot to ensure a safe environment.
Score Table: Enter scores as they come in and distribute new matches to players.
