PARKING THIS WEEKEND WILL BE THROUGH THE MAIN GATE AT THE OMNI. THE CAR SHOW AT RACQUET PARK WILL TAKE THE WHOLE PARKING LOT ON THE A1A SIDE. Please car pool if possible. To park, continue to the main gate of the hotel, where they will have your name on a list. Tell them that you are playing in the pickleball tournament and your name is ______. After making it through the gate, continue to Racquet Park. This is past the hotel, over the bridge, and on your left.

The Amelia Island 2025 March Smash will offer 9 events- (Mens Doubles 3.0 and Below, Mens Doubles 3.5 Only, Mens Doubles 4.0 and Above, Womens Doubles 3.0 and Below, Womens Doubles 3.5 Only, Womens Doubles 4.0 and Above, Mixed Doubles 3.0 and Below, Mixed Doubles 3.5 Only, and Mixed Doubles 4.0 and Above).

***The tournament administration reserves the right to cancel, add, or combine divisions based on registration numbers as the event gets closer.***

All Mens and Womens Doubles events will run on the Saturday, with Mixed Doubles events on Sunday.

***Depending on the registration numbers/weather, Some Mens/Womens Doubles events may run on Sunday.***

Event Registration price will be $35 for nonmembers and $30 for members, with each event costing $10. You can enter a maximum of two events.

The tournament will be played at the Omni Amelia Island pickleball courts. (7 outdoor hard courts)

FORMAT:

Every division will have a group phase and a playoff phase.

Divisions will likely have different sized groups and playoff formats. This is based on registration numbers.

Group phase rounds will be played as a single game to 15 win by 2. The medal round will be 2 out of 3 games to 11 win by 2.

As registration proceeds, tournament management reserves the option to combine or divide brackets as needed if brackets do not fill or have too many teams.

Tournament schedule is as follows-

March 1- 8:00 AM- Mens Doubles (3.0 and Under) and Womens Doubles (3.0 and Under)

March 1- 12:00 PM- Mens Doubles (3.5 Only) and Womens Doubles (3.5 Only)

March 1- 1:30 PM- Mens Doubles (4.0 And Above) and Womens Doubles (4.0 And Above)

March 2- 8:00 AM- Mixed Doubles (3.0 and Under) and Mixed Doubles (3.5 Only)

March 2- 12:00 PM- Mixed Doubles (4.0 and Above)

In the case of inclement weather, we will attempt to postpone matches and have them played on the same day.

Refund Policy- Any cancellation before the deadline of February 24 is subject to a $10 administration fee. Any cancellation after the deadline will not be refunded.

ALL REFUNDS WILL BE SENT AFTER THE TOURNAMENT IS COMPLETED.
