Wow! What an INCREDIBLE year it has been for the APA Ontario Circuit. In just our 2nd year, we have hosted 12 tournaments across the province hosting at different locations such as Windsor, London, Barrie, Ottawa, Toronto etc. We have MAJOR news coming in 2026 as we will be rebranding OFFICIALLY as the APA Canadian Circuit hosting events all across the country. But first, Let's FINISH off the 2025 year with The Finals!
We are so excited to welcome you to the BRAND NEW Pickleplex Social Club Downsview. This Pickleplex is a PREMIER state-of-the-art Pickleball Facility with 13 spacious dedicated fenced indoor courts with professional nets and surface.
With this being the biggest tour/circuit in Canada we are offering CASH$$$ prizes to EVERY winner of each division for the APA Championship - The Finals. We will be having an OPENING ceremony to welcome all our players from all across the province and country! This will be absolutely our BEST tournament of the YEAR and you do not want to miss out!
EARLY BIRD discounted registration fee $70 ends October 31st. Registration fee increases to $80 November 1st. Pickleplex Downsview members discounted registration fee $70 will end Nov 17th.
No qualifier is needed to participate in this year's Championships. All athletes are welcome to attend! Limited spots, so signup today!
We will be offering championship RINGS to all our medalist! We have a BRAND new design just for The Finals! You definitely want to win one of these!
This will be a skill/age tournament with 19+, 35+, 50+, 60+, and 70+ age categories played at 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, OPEN//PRO skill levels. You can play up to 5 events. Tournament directors reserve the rights to combine brackets & change format based on registration numbers. The registration fee will be $70, $30 Per Event/$80 Per OPEN Event. Your spot is not guaranteed in your event until both partners are registered and paid in full. You and your partner both have 5 days to register before being put onto the wait-list. Maximum 8 teams per division except the OPEN/PRO TBD. Spots will fill up quickly, so sign up TODAY!
DUPR UPDATE:
We will be using DUPR rating going forward for the 2025 year. No more self rating, no CTPR, no pickleballbrackets rating, no WorldRating, only DUPR now. You're allowed to play up in a level, but not down. Rating goes from .99 and below. For example you are considered a 3.5 level player if you have a rating between 3.50 - 3.99.
All participants of the APA Ontario Circuit MUST have a DUPR account to participate. We will be submitting scores to DUPR. Please create an account on DUPR, if you don't already have one - https://dashboard.dupr.com/signup
Tournament director reserves the right to move teams playing up too far if he feels they won't be competitive. We will be using the DUPR for registration going forward. Please make sure you play in the RIGHT skill level, we will be monitoring this. Please note that the PRO events are for OPEN level athletes. Wednesday Dec 3 2025 - Men's/Women's Singles 3.0 3.5 4.0 4.5 - AGE 19+/35+/50+/60+
Thursday Dec 4 2025 - Men's/Mix/Women's Doubles Split Age - 3.5-/4.0-/4.5+/PRO - AGE 50+/49-
Friday Dec 5 2025 - Men's/Women's 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, SR PRO- AGE 50+/60+/70+ - Men's/Women's Singles PRO
Saturday Dec 6 2025 - Mixed Doubles 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, PRO - AGE 19+/35+/50+/60+/70+
Sunday Dec 7 2025 - Men's/Women's 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, PRO - AGE 19+/35+
This event will follow USAPA rules with all medal matches refereed. We will try to ref other games when possible. UPA paddles are approved.
The 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 5.0 categories will be pool round robins and the top teams in each pool will advance to a playoff round to determine medal winners. Each team will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 games. (Games played to 15, Bronze medal match played to 15, Gold medal round best 2 out of 3 to 11) Games can be up to 11 with a guaranteed minimum of 5 games. All games will be win by 2. PRO/OPEN Division will be a double elimination format with a minimum of 5 teams.

Starting time for each day will be 8AM. Your event can start as late as 7PM. Events can go as late as 11pm Depending on how many participants we have registered, the time can change for each day. Full schedule will be available Sunday Night Nov 30th 2025.
