Each player is responsible for registering and paying individually.

If you register and your partner does not register and pay within 3 days, your team will be moved to the waitlist.

We do not pair players with partners.

If you need a partner, please use the "Find a Partner" feature on the registration page.

Surface: Indoor Hard Court

Scoring Format

Formats are subject to change based on registration numbers.

Amateur Divisions

Guaranteed minimum of 3 matches

Traditional scoring format

Pool Play & Bracket Structure

Teams advancing to the playoff bracket will be seeded based on their round-robin results.

Playoff matches: Games to 15, win by 2

Medal Matches

Gold Medal Match

One game to 15, win by 2

Bronze Medal Match

One game to 15, win by 2

Tournament Policies

The Tournament Director reserves the right to combine divisions, combine age groups, or expand brackets as needed to provide the best competitive experience.

Tournament registration may close at any time once daily capacity limits are reached, even if certain divisions appear to have available openings.

Tournament formats and schedules may be adjusted as necessary.

This event is scheduled to take place rain or shine. In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances that may impact participant safety, the Tournament Director reserves the right to delay, suspend, modify, or reschedule tournament play as necessary.

Participants will be notified of any schedule changes via email and/or text message using the contact information provided during registration.

Registration fees are considered charitable contributions supporting the AREAA Foundation's Greater Seattle First-Time Homebuyers Down-Payment Assistance Program. As such, registrations are non-refundable. Any weather-related decisions will be made with the safety of participants, volunteers, and spectators as our highest priority.

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly to help maintain a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly environment for everyone.

AREAA Greater Seattle, AREAA Foundation, Side Out Tsunami, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliated partners shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, lost or stolen items, or unforeseen incidents occurring during the event.
