Come and enjoy all the colors of Summer and play at Asheville's premier pickleball location. Located in the Blue Ridge Mountains there are plenty of scenic views and sites to visit when you are not playing pickleball.

Plenty of award-winning food venues and local breweries to choose from as well.

Tournament will be played in Round Robin format. Skill level/Age division groups will play against each other in a round robin format with top seeds then advancing to the medal round. It is our goal that each group will complete play within 3 hours. ALL SCORES WILL BE ENTERED INTO DUPR.

Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered and all fees have been paid in full. Both players must register and pay individually to be registered as a team.

Follow the signs on Racquet Club road to the primary parking area in front of the club entrance. If needed, additional parking is located along Racquet Club road and adjacent parking area next to the tennis courts.

Asheville Racquet Club has a cafe onsite that provides a limited selection of hot/cold food items as well as beverages including water, gatorade, energy drinks, coffee, and smoothies. A selection of beer and wine are also available.

Cancellation deadline is 11p.m. August 10th, 2024. No refunds for any reason after that date. Cancellations prior to August 10, 2024 are subject to a $15 administration fee.

This is an outdoor tournament. There are no refunds for weather related cancellations unless the entire tournament must be cancelled due to weather conditions or damage. We will do our very best to play all games.

We will make every effort to complete all events. Tournament Director reserves the right to change format, shorten games, or make any other changes they feel will help complete the event.

Players who do not show up for their event and fail to notify the tournament director prior OR leave the event without notifying the tournament director after it has started are subject to no refund.
