We'll be hosting a 5-event tournament to raise money for the Austin Tennis Center.

You can register for up to 3 events. The schedule will allow for participation in both the mixed and singles events on 12/31.

The schedule will be:

12/24 morning: Women's Doubles (appx 8:30am start time*)

** Rescheduled to 1/28/2023 due to cold weather on 12/24/22**

12/24 late morning: Men's Doubles (appx 10am start time*)

** Rescheduled to 1/28/2023 due to cold weather on 12/24/22**

12/31 morning: Mixed Doubles (appx 8:30am start time*)

12/31 afternoon: Singles (Men's and Women's) (appx 10am start time*)

* All start times will be finalized after registration closes on 12/26.

A more specific schedule will be published as we get closer to the event (12/26 or later).

We will be running three levels for each events:

2.5 & 3.0

3.5

4.0+

*WEATHER AND RAIN OUT POLICY*

Should weather prevent us from playing, we will have the following rainout dates. No refunds will be issued for players who cannot attend the rain out date.

12/24 events (Women's Doubles and Men's Doubles): Saturday, 1/28/2023

** NOTE: The 12/24/22 event has been postponed to 1/28/2023.**

12/31 events (Mixed Doubles and Singles): Sunday, 1/29/2023

*AFTER PARTY*

We'll be hosting a casual celebration on 12/24 after Men's Doubles and on 12/31 after the Singles Events. Plan to stick around and celebrate the holidays with your fellow pickleballers. Drinks/light food will be provided.

*EVENT SIZES*

We will likely expand the event size in the case of an event waitlist. Event sizes will be based on registrations on 12/26 or before, so that we can announce the final event schedule.

*BRACKET FORMATS*

1-3 Teams - Combined with another bracket(s)

4-5 teams - Round Robin 2/3 to 11 or 1 to 15 based on circumstances (ex. time, weather)

6+ teams - Traditional double-elimination bracket (matches are 2/3 to 11) with a come-around (matches are 1 to 15)

*REFUND POLICY*

You can be refunded minus credit card and PickleballBrackets.com fees if withdrawn on or before 12/25/22. Any withdrawn competitors on 12/26 or later may not receive a partial or full refund at the discretion of the organizers.
