Registration Fee
$50 per player — covers all events you choose to enter, including gendered doubles and/or mixed doubles.

Important Tournament Information
Please note that tournament schedules, formats, and other details are subject to change at the discretion of the Tournament Director. Brackets may be consolidated or expanded based on court availability, venue modifications, or unforeseen circumstances. Players will be notified by email of any changes.
All brackets are initially scheduled to begin at 8:00 AM for registration purposes. Actual start times may change once registration closes and brackets are finalized.
Start and end times are not guaranteed. Please do not register if you have other commitments that may conflict with the tournament schedule.
Skill Levels and Brackets
This is a non-sanctioned tournament. All players are expected to register at their appropriate DUPR skill level and select partners accordingly. A DUPR rating is required at registration.
Once registration closes, brackets will be reviewed to promote fair and competitive play. If the Tournament Director determines that a team has registered at an inappropriate skill level, the team may be moved to a more suitable bracket to maintain the integrity of the competition.
All match scores will be reported to DUPR.
Scoring and Tournament Format
* Format: Round robin
* Playoffs: The top four teams from each bracket advance to the playoffs. For brackets with multiple pools, the top two teams from each pool advance.
* Medal matches: Best two out of three games, win by two points.
Weather Policy
This is an outdoor tournament, and no indoor backup facility is available.
In the event of inclement weather, the Tournament Director will make every reasonable effort to continue play. However, the tournament reserves the right to modify the playing format as necessary due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please plan accordingly, as no refunds will be issued due to weather or changes to the tournament format.
No-Refund Policy
This is a strictly no-refund event. Once registration is completed, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
By registering, players acknowledge and accept the tournament policies, including potential schedule and format changes, weather-related modifications, and the no-refund policy.
