The schedule of events:

Friday 26th - Men's and Ladies Singles $$MONEY BALL EVENT$$

Saturday - 27th - Coed Doubles Scramble Skill: Join us from 11am on Saturday for a fun morning of doubles! Stick around in the arvo to watch the game over a drink and some snags in the clubrooms.

Sunday 28th Gendered Doubles

Central Highlands Pickleball Club and Ballarat Regional Tennis Centre are proud to host Ballarat’s first-ever sanctioned pickleball tournament!

Whether you’re chasing medals or just love the buzz of tournament play, this three-day event promises great games, friendly faces, and a big step forward for pickleball in our region.

Central Highlands Pickleball is a community club created by players, for players. We’re all about growing the sport we love right here in Ballarat, and what better way to launch our partnership with BRTC than with an event that brings the tennis and pickleball worlds together?

Full canteen will be open, toasties, coffees etc and licence bar.

^All players will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 games per event.

^All events will have qualifying games in round robin format and then semis and finals. (depending registration numbers)

^Round Robin: Games to 11 or 15 (win by 2), depending on pool size

Semi Finals: One game to 15 (win by 2)

Medal Matches: Best of 3 games to 11 (win by 2)

^X40 Franklin balls will be used for our outdoor courts.

^DIRECTOR'S DISCRETION

The tournament director reserves the right to:

- review, and possibly alter the rating of players who self-rate below or above their actual ability.

- move players and teams between skill level brackets if on verification the wrong event has been entered.

- merge or split brackets based on event registration. Any event with fewer than 4 entries will be combined with another event of closest possible standard.

- change start times to facilitate smooth running of the tournament

- The tournament director reserves the right to modify the events and/or schedule as needed pending influences beyond our control (ie. Fire drill, weather delays etc).

Full refunds minus stripe and pickleball brackets fees will be provided to players who withdraw for any reason prior to the close of registrations

Once Registration is closed No refunds given unless a medical certificate supplied

No refunds from 7 Days prior to tournament

As this is an outdoor tournament, if cancelled due to weather, half registration will be refunded.

Singles Women's and Men's 4+ (Must be a minimum of 5 entrants)

Winner : $300

Runner-up : $200

3rd place : $100

Singles Women's and Men's 2.5 to 3.99 (Must be a minimum of 5 entrants per category)

Winner : $75

Runner up : $50

3rd place : $25
