Each Event $20.00, expect for Open Brackets they are $60.00

All Scores Report to DUPR

All Players receive a Custom Bash Gift

Pool Play:

Brackets will be divided into pools of 4,5,6 Etc. depending on how many teams register.

Each team will play a round robin within their pool, ensuring all teams play at least 3 games.

Depending on size of pool game will be played 1o 15 or 11 win by 2

Advancement to Playoffs:

The top 2 teams from each pool (4 teams total) will advance to the playoff bracket.

The teams that do not advance will have completed their 3-game guarantee.

Playoffs:

Semifinals: Matches will be 1 Game to 15 win by 2

Finals: Gold/Bronze medal matches. Games 2 out of 3 to 11.

Singles Brackets will be Round Robin only. No medal matches.

Schedule:

Singles: Friday, January 17

Men's Doubles & Women's Doubles: Saturday, January 18

Mixed Doubles: Sunday, January 19

Note: Brackets may be merged/Split or the format may be changed depending on the number of registrations.

Pickleball Brackets fees and Stripe fees are non refundable.

Any players who withdraw prior to January 1st, 2024 will also be charged a $10.00 withdrawal fee.

There will be no refund for any withdrawals after January 1st 2025

Refunds for withdrawals prior to January 1st 2025 will be completed 5 days after the tournament ends.

Open Brackets Cash Prizes:

Doubles Open Brackets will have a Minimum Cash Prize of $1000.00

Singles Open Bracket will Have a Minimum Cash Prize of $500.00

*8 Team minimum required for each open bracket to secure minimum Cash Prize.

The prize pool can increase if more than 8 teams register or if additional sponsorships are secured.
