Join us for the 3rd Annual Bash Winter Classic, featuring three days of competitive pickleball. Players from all skill levels and age divisions are welcome to compete!

DIVISIONS
Multiple skill levels will be offered with age divisions including:
49 & Under | 50–59 | 60+
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
All brackets will feature pool play followed by playoffs.
Tournament formats may be adjusted based on the final number of registered players or teams in each bracket. Brackets may be combined when necessary to provide the best possible tournament experience.
$5,000 OPEN PRIZE POOL
Open divisions will compete for a $5,000 total prize pool.
Prize payouts may be adjusted or distributed based on the final number of entries in each Open bracket.

PADDLE REQUIREMENTS
Paddles must be USA Pickleball approved or UPA-A approved and legal for tournament play at the time of the event.
Tournament staff reserves the right to inspect paddles and prohibit the use of any paddle that does not meet tournament requirements.
TOURNAMENT RULES
Tournament play will follow current USA Pickleball rules, except where specific tournament rules or formats are announced by the Tournament Director.
Players are responsible for registering at the appropriate skill level and age division.
The Tournament Director reserves the right to combine or adjust brackets, formats, start times, and court assignments based on registration numbers and tournament needs.
Tournament Director decisions regarding tournament operations, bracket placement, scheduling, and format are final.
PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT
All players are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and respectful behavior throughout the tournament.
Players are expected to:
Treat opponents, partners, officials, tournament staff, volunteers, and spectators with respect.
Refrain from abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or excessively disruptive language or behavior.
Avoid intentionally distracting, intimidating, taunting, or provoking opponents.
Respect calls made by opponents and officials in accordance with tournament rules.
Follow all instructions given by the Tournament Director, referees, and tournament staff.
Refrain from intentionally damaging courts, nets, equipment, or facility property.
Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in a warning, penalty when applicable under tournament rules, removal from a match, disqualification from the tournament, or removal from the facility, depending on the severity of the conduct.
The Tournament Director has final authority regarding player conduct and tournament participation.
SPECTATOR CODE OF CONDUCT
Spectators are encouraged to cheer, support players, and enjoy the competition. However, cheering and spectator behavior must remain positive and respectful.
Spectators may not:
Direct insulting, intimidating, or disrespectful comments toward players, officials, staff, volunteers, or other spectators.
Intentionally taunt, provoke, distract, intimidate, or attempt to interfere with an opposing player or team, even when the language used is not profane.
Coach players during play when coaching is not permitted.
Make line calls or interfere with player or referee decisions.
Enter the playing area without permission.
Engage in excessively loud, repetitive, or disruptive behavior that interferes with matches being played.
Use threatening, discriminatory, abusive, or obscene language or gestures.
Cheering for your team is encouraged. Deliberately using cheering, comments, noise, gestures, or other behavior for the purpose of distracting, intimidating, provoking, or taunting an opponent is not permitted.
Tournament staff may issue a warning or require a spectator to leave the playing area or facility for inappropriate or disruptive conduct. Serious conduct may result in immediate removal without a prior warning.
Players are responsible for making sure their guests and supporters understand and follow the spectator expectations.
The Tournament Director has final authority regarding spectator conduct and may take any action reasonably necessary to maintain a safe, fair, and sportsmanlike tournament environment.
REFUND & WITHDRAWAL POLICY
December 31, 2026 is the final day to request a refund.
All approved refunds will be subject to a $15 processing/administrative fee.
After December 31, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, partner withdrawals, or other personal circumstances.
If a bracket is canceled by the tournament and an appropriate alternative cannot be provided, applicable event fees will be refunded.
Players are responsible for securing an eligible partner. If your partner withdraws, we will make reasonable efforts to help find a replacement, but a replacement partner is not guaranteed.
ADDITIONAL TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
Players should arrive and check in prior to their scheduled bracket start time.
Final start times are subject to change based on registration numbers. Players will be notified of final schedules prior to the tournament.
Bracket sizes, formats, and age/skill combinations may be adjusted based on registration. The Tournament Director reserves the right to make changes necessary to maintain tournament flow and competitive brackets.
