Join us for a historic event as The Pines Resort in Bass Lake hosts its first-ever pickleball tournament! Players of all skill levels are welcome to participate in this groundbreaking event, showcasing their skills on the court while celebrating the camaraderie and vibrant spirit of Bass Lake. Whether you're a seasoned pickleball pro or a curious newcomer, come be part of this memorable occasion and help put Bass Lake on the pickleball map!

Format:

Single Round Robin:

2 pools of 6 teams split into 2 courts. Play five games to 11 win by 1.

Playoffs:

The top 8 teams make the final matches.

Tiebreak first by Wins, then Head to Head, then Points.

1st place team in each pool play for gold

2nd place team in each pool play for 3rd

3rd place team in each pool play for 5th

4th place team in each pool play for 7th

The format for playoffs is dependent on timing. Minimum of games to 11 win by 2.

1st place in both divisions: One night Stay in a chalet and a $50 gift card to Ducey's on the Lake

2nd place in both divisions: $50 Gift Card to Ducey's on the lake

3rd place in both divisions: Pines Merchandise.

Full refunds will be given minus a $10 processing fee and a $5 non-refundable service fee per event until the 31st of August.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

This is an outdoor event. If weather or unforeseen circumstances occur, we will do all we can to play matches. If brackets are in mid-play when a weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs the situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine if the bracket may be finished or if winners may be determined.

We will always try to wait out the weather and play. Rarely will we ever cancel an event.
